Serving the most basic needs - food, clothing, and shelter - that's the mission of the Emergency Services Department. Assistance meeting other basic needs is provided in partnership with the St. Vincent dePaul Society and other local agencies. CSS is also able to provide limited financial assistance to families in need. Payments may be made for rent, utilities, deposits, vehicle repairs, medical bills, and other necessities.
